About This Event
We’re excited to welcome Cat Martins, coming all the way from Lisbon, Portugal, for a high-value Bachata Connection workshop built around practical, exercise-based learning.
You’ll train key connection skills including frame, visual connection, tension spectrum, points of contact, trust, and healthy limits, with clear drills you can apply directly in your social dancing.
Meet Cat Martins
Professional social dancer and international artist, Cat is passionate about Salsa, Bachata, and Role Rotation across styles.
With over 20 years of dance experience, her background spans Ballet, Lyrical Jazz, Hip Hop, Commercial, and Bollywood. She has taught for 10+ years and was crowned Role Rotation Wave 2024.
Cat’s teaching style invites dancers to embrace vulnerability and discover the unique magic in every dance, both in class and on the social floor.
She is also a graphic and communication designer, behind visuals for events including Bachata Czech Republic Festival, Poly Bachata Festival, Rhythm Vibes Marathon Experience, and Bachata Beyond.
