About The Venue

Where many of our Sheffield events take place

TFC – The Fitness Club is one of our regular Sheffield homes for Bachata courses, workshops, and social-dance-focused events.

It gives us a professional studio setting in the city centre, with plenty of room to train, practise, and enjoy a more focused learning environment.

Many dancers already know it from our progressive courses and special events, and it continues to be an important part of how we bring people together in Sheffield.

Why we like it

The space works well for technical training, partnerwork, and guided practice, especially when we want dancers to have room to focus and learn properly.

A professional studio environment with wide mirrors and a central Sheffield location that makes it practical for weekly courses and one-off events alike.

Before you come

Always check the specific event or course page for the exact date, time, level, and any extra arrival notes, as not every Sheffield Bachata Collective event takes place at the same venue.

Public Transport

Coming by bus, tram, or train

TFC is in Sheffield city centre, so it’s usually straightforward to reach by public transport.

If you’re arriving by train, Sheffield station is around a 10-minute walk from the studio.

If you’re coming by tram, Castle Square is the closest stop, followed by a short walk to the venue.

If you’re travelling by bus, Arundel Gate is the closest stop to the studio.

As public transport routes and timings can change, we recommend checking your journey on the day before you travel.

Finding The Studio

How to find us inside TFC

TFC is located in Tudor Square, between the Winter Garden and The Graduate pub.

  1. Walk into the building and come up the stairs to the first floor.
  2. Enter through the door on the left and you’ll see the gym gates.
  3. Walk straight through and head to the back of the gym.
  4. Up a few steps, you’ll find the studio.
